Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material availability, and unforeseen circumstances discovered during installation. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding with the work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payments are due within the timeframe specified in your contract.

Project Timeline

We provide estimated completion dates for all projects. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, permit delays, material availability, or other factors beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any changes to your project schedule.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for ensuring that all necessary permits are obtained before work begins. We can assist with the permit application process, but final approval is subject to local building departments. It is your responsibility to verify property lines and obtain approval from your homeowners association if applicable.

Warranty

We stand behind our work with a one-year warranty on labor. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product. We will repair or replace any defects in workmanship at no cost during the warranty period. Normal wear and tear, weather damage, and damage caused by third parties are not covered.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your project before work begins. Deposits may be refundable depending on whether materials have been ordered or other commitments have been made. Once work has started, cancellation fees will apply based on the work completed and materials used.

Property Access

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that any pets are secured during our work hours. We are not responsible for damage to landscaping, sprinkler systems, or underground utilities that are not properly marked before work begins.

Liability

Pure Edge Gilroy Fencing carries general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the matter. If we cannot reach a resolution, disputes will be handled through mediation or arbitration in Santa Clara County, California, rather than through court proceedings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
